Meet the Team

While originally a Florida native, Danielle has been calling Louisville home for 12 years now. When not at the office, she enjoys spending her time doing anything outdoors - from hiking to camping to kayaking. Danielle has been passionate about dentistry from a young age because she loves to see the ways that a beautiful, healthy smile can boost a person’s confidence and overall quality of life!

Pam has been with the practice since it began and has been treating hygiene patients for almost 40 years. Her name is synonymous with the practice at this point. She loves taking care of her patients, and her patients certainly love her. When not at the office, Pam enjoys playing golf and tennis or watching her beloved Louisville Cardinals. An excellent hygienist and a devoted Cards fan, she is central to our patient experience.

Jen brings some Zen to our office, as she has a background in yoga and fitness along with her skill set in dentistry. She loves nature and animals, and you can find her watching nesting bald eagles in the spring and summer on the TV in her patient room. Jen has two wonderful children and is happily married to her husband, Danny.

Abby graduated with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Louisville and is an Oldham County native. When Abby isn’t in the office, she is an avid pickleballer and enjoys camping. She has two cats named Finn and Goose that keep her busy!

Hannah joined our practice in 2022 and brings over 10 years of experience in dentistry with her to the practice. Hannah is qualified as an expanded duties dental assistant, undertaking additional training to be able to place fillings and do coronal polishing. She has a bright personality and always has a smile on her face. When not in the office, Hannah enjoys spending time with her kids, Cruz and Milo.

Christie comes to our team after having worked seven years in dentistry. She is a certified EDDA for 12 years, meaning that she can place fillings, polish teeth, and work side by side with our doctors to deliver the highest level of care. Christie has three children, two boys and a girl. Christie is also dual-trained and works at the front desk, helps with insurance claims and scheduling, and is a true dental nerd who loves teeth!

Betty has been involved in dentistry for four decades as a chairside endodontic assistant and expanded duties dental assistant (EDDA). She has tried retirement previously but missed our office too much and came back in a support role.

Amanda is a seasoned dental professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she's developed a deep passion for helping others achieve and maintain healthy smiles, providing compassionate care with expertise in various dental practices. Outside of work, Amanda is a proud parent to two daughters and shares her home with two English Bulldogs. An avid animal lover, she cherishes spending quality time with family and enjoys traveling, especially when it involves a bit of adventure. Whether it's exploring new places or indulging in some extreme couponing, Amanda loves embracing life's little joys with those she holds dear.

Originally from Southern California, Kelly worked the front office of a general family dentist for 5 years until her husband, son and herself moved to Kentucky in 2018. She took a break from working to raise her son until school age. But she missed the dental world, which led her to her home at Aiken & Wilson Dentistry as part of the Admin Team early 2025. Outside the office you can find Kelly as an instructor at barre3, going to car shows, and soaking up anything to do in the sun with her husband and son.

Stephanie has been in healthcare for over 30 years, and she is deeply dedicated to enhancing the well-being and happiness of both patients and coworkers. Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud mother of four, grandmother to one, and shares her life with her partner and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and soaking up the sun.
